As part of Oregon's Phase 1 reopening guidelines, please read the following carefully:
Expectations and Requirements of Our Clients:TEMPERATURE READING - a touch-less forehead infrared thermometer reading will be administered and recorded by your stylist before your appointment. NEW CLIENT HEALTH SCREENING FORM must be filled out no more than 24 hours before your appointment (click link below for printable google doc) or your can fill one out upon entering the building. We will be keeping these on file for contact tracing purposes. MASKS ARE REQUIRED! - Please bring an ‘around the ear mask’ to wear at all times while you are in our building. All staff will also be wearing masks. WAIT OUTSIDE until you are notified that it is safe to enter. The door will be locked until we open it for you. We will need to limit the amount of people that are in the building. Whether you come early, or are right on time please wait in your car until your stylist texts you or waves you in. WASH YOUR HANDS upon entering the building. Our shampoo room hand-washing sink and restroom sink will be available for you to wash your hands before being seated at a station. Hand sanitizer will also be available at stations and waiting room as an extra precautionary. BYOB - We will not be able to offer beverages, so please bring your own beverage if that is something you typically enjoy. COME ALONE. Loved ones, friends/family, this includes children will not be permitted to wait in the building during your appointment. (Kids haircuts can generally be done without the parent present so please anticipate waiting in your car during your child’s appointment) TOUCHLESS & SEMITOUCHLESS PAYMENTS will be implemented. You can choose to check out while at the salon with a semi-touchless payment option or choose to receive a Square invoice for your service(s) that will be due upon receipt. Square is a secure avenue of payment. |
Expectations of Your Stylist:Staff temperature reading taken and recorded daily. Mask worn while in the building. Hand washing before, during, and after every appointment. Disinfection of all tools, work areas with a virucidal, bacterial, fungicidal hospital-grade solution, includes shampoo bowl and chair. 15 minutes extra will be added to each appointment for check-in, and for proper sanitation of all work areas and tools after each appointment. Clean cape for each client, kept in an sealed container. Clean towels kept in a sealed container. Beverages and magazines, shared items removed from salon. Limit number of people in the building i.e zero walk-in availability, door remains locked until appointments are called in, guests with appointments only. Change of clothes/apron throughout the day as needed. All used towels and capes kept in covered hamper bins and laundered daily. Although our availability is limited and may be further out, we encourage you to book the appointment, then contact your stylist to be put on a cancellation list.
