Elevations Hair Design Cancellation Policy
With the new post-COVID19 scheduling/sanitation requirements, and the increased demand for services we are asking that you reschedule/cancel your appointment at least 24 prior to your scheduled appointment time so that we have an opportunity to fill that spot and maximize our time at the salon. No shows and late cancellations will be invoiced for the full amount of the service(s) booked if we can not fill your empty appointment space.
In addition, late arrivals beyond 10 minutes will not be accommodated that day and will need to reschedule for a later date. Arriving beyond 10 minutes of your scheduled time, you will be recorded as a "no show" and invoiced for the full amount of the service(s) booked.
Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled by contacting your Stylist directly or clicking the link on the confirmation email that you either will, or have received. By confirming your appointment, you are acknowledging and accepting our cancellation policy for your appointment. We will exercise leniency at our discretion on a case by case basis.
