This online booking feature is designed to allow clients to fill in openings in our schedules within a 5 week timeframe. If you do not see an opening, it typically means we don't have availability at that time within the next 5 weeks. Feel free to reach out to your Stylist directly to inquire about a getting on a cancellation list. Schedules do change and we'd love to see you if something opens up!
In order to prevent no-shows and last minute cancellations, we require a credit card on file to secure all service appointments that call for 60 minutes or more when booked online. Your credit card will not be charge upon booking the appointment. However, in the event of a no-show or late cancellation your card will then be charged the cancellation fee specific to the service booked.
Your appointment is very important to us and the time is reserved especially for you! We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request 24 hours notice for rescheduling so that we have time to fill your appointment time slot.
