Your appointment is very important to us and the time is reserved especially for you! Scheduling adjustments are sometimes necessary; therefore, we respectfully request a full 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling, so that we have time to fill your time slot, as well as potentially accommodate your rescheduling needs.
In order to secure your appointment, a credit card on file is required for new clients, or upon request if there is a history of late cancellations/reschedules/no shows. While we are requesting 48 hours for adjustments, your card will not be charge unless you fail to reschedule/cancel within a full 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time.
"No Show" appointments will automatically be charged the fee.
First time late cancellation/rescheduling/no show:
Second time and beyond:
Fees will be charged at your Stylist's discretion. Emergency-type circumstances will be considered.
