ONLINE BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
AVAILABILITY
Online booking shows my availability for four weeks out. If you don’t see availability, I’m likely fully booked. Feel free to text me or email me to get on my cancellation list. Schedules do change and space opens up occasionally.
SECURING YOUR APPOINTMENT
In order to secure your appointment, a credit card on file is required for all online booking appointments.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment is very important to me, and the time is reserved especially for you. However, I understand that scheduling adjustments are sometimes necessary. A courtesy 48 hours’ notice is appreciated so that I have time to fill your time slot.
Cancellation fees will apply when a request to cancel or reschedule is made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. The fee will automatically be charged to the card on file. If no card is on file, an invoice will be sent and must be paid before any future appointments can be scheduled.
If I can fill your time slot on short notice, I will absolutely waive the fee.
CANCELLATION FEES
“No Show” appointments will automatically be charged the fee.
First time late cancellation, rescheduling, or no show:
- The cancellation fee for a 30-minute service is $20
- The cancellation fee for a one hour service is $50
- The cancellation fee for over a one hour (color/extensions) service is $120
Second time and beyond:
- Full service price
